Louis Ferla as the New CEO of Cartier

Richemont announced today that Louis Ferla, currently the CEO of Vacheron Constantin, will replace Cyrille Vigneron as the CEO of Cartier starting on 1 September 2024. After eight successful years leading the Maison, Mr. Vigneron will retire and take on the role of Chairman of Cartier Culture & Philanthropy on the same date. He will collaborate with Mr. Ferla to ensure a seamless transition.

Mr. Ferla, a French national, joined Richemont in 2001, beginning his career at Alfred Dunhill as an Area Sales Manager in Hong Kong and later as General Manager in Taipei. In 2006, he moved to Cartier, holding various senior executive roles in the Middle East, India, and Africa before becoming CEO in China. In 2015, he was promoted to Cartier’s executive committee as International Director of Clients & Business. Mr. Ferla has been the CEO of  Vacheron Constantin since 2017.
