This collaboration marks Hadid’s return to the fashion spotlight, signaling a new era for the brand, according to Chopard.

Hadid, who entered the fashion industry at 16, has graced 30 different editions of “Vogue,” won “Model of the Year” at the 2022 British Fashion Awards, and was recognized as one of Time magazine’s 100 most influential people in 2023.

She first wore Chopard jewelry at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival, sparking her admiration for the brand.

“I deeply admire Chopard’s craftsmanship and have been a longtime fan. I am beyond excited to be part of the Chopard family,” said Hadid.

For her debut campaign, captured by Alasdair McLellan, she showcases pieces from Chopard’s “Happy Hearts,” “Happy Sport,” “Happy Diamonds,” “Ice Cube,” “Alpine Eagle,” and high jewelry collections.

“Bella embodies the essence of Chopard: a seamless blend of effortless elegance and a vibrant energy that perfectly aligns with the spirit of our watches and jewelry. We are thrilled to embark on this exciting journey together,” said Caroline Scheufele, Chopard’s co-president and artistic director.

Hadid also stars in Chopard’s latest campaign, “Sculpted by Light,” where she showcases pieces featuring the brand’s iconic “Ice Cube” motif, first introduced in 1999 on a watch.

In the campaign, she wears two new iterations of the design—an 18-karat rose gold “Haute Joaillerie” choker and cuff from the “Ice Cube” collection. Each cube is meticulously shaped by artisans to varying heights and adorned with brilliant-cut diamonds.

Chopard explains that this design creates a rosy glow, as the rose gold and diamonds reflect light in a way reminiscent of the sun bouncing off skyscrapers during golden hour.

This new version enhances the original “Ice Cube” design, where each square is finely faceted to increase light refraction and amplify the radiance of the pieces.

Chopard describes the “Sculpted by Light” campaign as a tribute to the purity, allure, and modern essence of the “Ice Cube” jewelry.

The campaign was photographed by Charlotte Wales, a renowned fashion photographer and director.

Wales set Hadid against an abstract urban backdrop, evoking the feel of a nighttime skyline with light glowing from the windows of tall buildings, enhancing the connection between the jewelry and the interplay of light.
